Are you ready to get into the Christmas spirit and get some local MN gifts? The Woods of Maple Grove and The Woods of Woodbury are hosting their annual Holiday Walk in The Woods on Saturday, November 22. This is the 2nd year we are having it at our Woodbury retail location and the 17th year we’re having it at our Maple Grove retail location! Here are a few more details about each of these fun and exciting holiday events! The Woods of Maple Grove Ho ho ho! Santa and his reindeer are coming to Maple Grove! Santa will arrive by fire truck at 10 a.m. (But be sure to be in line by 9:30 a.m. because that is when we will be handing out numbers.) You can get pictures with Santa from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., so be sure to bring your camera! But best of all, Santa will be bringing his reindeer too! The reindeers will be there from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., and you will get a chance to pet them. Bring a new toy to donate to Toys for Tots too! Not only that, there will be storytelling from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We will be reading the book “The Christmas Wish.” For the adults, there will be plenty of food tasting demonstrations, featuring The Woods gourmet food. Plus, there will be prize drawing for the adults, and the kids can enjoy a free balloon! Browse through our selection of local MN gifts while you’re here and cross a few people off of your Nice list. The Woods of Woodbury It’s time to deck the halls! Santa will also be visiting The Woods of Woodbury from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Numbers will be handed out to take pictures with him starting at 9:30 a.m. Even better, his reindeer will be at the store from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., so you will have plenty of time to meet, greet and pet these delightful critters. Be sure to bring a new toy to donate to Toys for Tots as well!
