The holiday season is fast approaching, and what better way to spend it than at The Woods Gifts enjoying time with Santa and his reindeer, a special book signing, story-telling, gourmet food demonstrations and more! This year, our annual Holiday Walk in the Woods will be held on Saturday, November 21 at our Maple Grove and Woodbury locations. We ask that everyone bring a new and unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots, no matter which location you go to. Read on for more details about this special event: Maple Grove: Santa Claus will visit from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and his reindeer will visit from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. We will begin to hand out numbers to visit with Santa starting at 9:30 a.m. Be sure to bring your camera for special photo opportunities! There will be a special book signing from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Maple Grove location by Lori Evert, Per Breiehagen and their daughter Anja. They are the authors of the New York Times bestseller “The Christmas Wish,” and they now have a new book out called “The Reindeer Wish.” Woodbury: Santa Claus will visit from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and his reindeer will visit from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Make sure you have your camera for fun photo opportunities! At both stores, there will be story-telling from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., gourmet food samples from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and free drawings too!
